PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

Minno & Wasko are community developers that build primarily in the northern area of New Jersey. At the time of this brochures production, the majority of their properties were being built. The brochure’s purpose was to entice early adopters to buy a piece of property in an initiative to help fund the project and have multiple property owners for when the area was ready for tenants. Since there was no photography available I used their artist renderings in interesting ways to show off their plans to build multiple residential and commercial properties. It drove people to a multiple of different vehicles to contact them for more information via phone, website and by postal mail. This way a salesman could contact them about purchasing a piece of property.
